2. What information do we process?

We can process common personal data such as name, address, email, phone number, order details, payment status, pickup date, delivery or booking information, messages to customer service, account/user information, and technical information about website usage. Payment information is typically processed by the payment provider. We usually only receive payment status, transaction reference, and necessary order data.

To receive, process, and fulfill orders.
To handle pickup, booking, date-based products, and customer service.
To send order confirmations, practical messages, and service communications.
To meet bookkeeping, VAT, and accounting obligations.
To protect the website from abuse and improve the user experience.

4. Basis for Treatment

We process information when it is necessary to fulfill an agreement with you, to comply with legal obligations, based on our legitimate interest in safe operation and customer service, or based on your consent, e.g., for statistics and marketing.

Accounting and invoice information is typically stored for 5 years according to the accounting law regulations. Customer account and support information is deleted or anonymized when no longer needed, unless legislation requires longer storage.
