1. Parties to the agreement

2. Products, services, and ordering
The shop can be used for the purchase of physical goods, pickup items, digital or date-based products, booking-related services, and other local services. The specific item, price, date, pickup time, and any special conditions are displayed on the product page, in the cart, on the checkout page, and in the order confirmation. Your order is binding only when payment has been completed and you have received an order confirmation via email. We may refuse or cancel an order if there are obvious pricing errors, out-of-stock items, technical errors, or circumstances that make delivery/pickup impossible.3. Prices and Payment
All prices are shown in Danish kroner (DKK) including VAT, unless otherwise clearly stated. Payment is made via the payment methods displayed on the payment page. Payment information is processed by the chosen payment provider. We do not store full payment card details.4. Collection, delivery, and data dates
If an order is marked for pickup, the item must be picked up on the selected date or within the specified timeframe. For items with order deadlines, pickup windows, or special category rules, the information displayed on the product page, in the cart, on the checkout page, and in the order confirmation applies. Date-based products, tickets, fishing licenses, booking-related services, stays, and local experiences may be linked to a specific date or period. The customer is responsible for checking the date, quantity, and contact details before payment.5. Right of Withdrawal
Consumers generally have a 14-day right of withdrawal for online purchases. The period is usually counted from the day you receive the item, or from the conclusion of the agreement when purchasing services. However, there may be exceptions. The right of withdrawal generally does not apply to, among other things, food items and other goods that can quickly deteriorate or go bad, goods that are manufactured or customized to the customer's specifications, and certain date-specific services such as accommodation, leisure activities, events, tickets, or booking services, when the service is to be delivered on a specific date or during a specific period. If a specific item or service is not covered by the right of withdrawal, this will be evident from the nature of the item or the information provided in connection with the purchase. If you are in doubt, please contact us before purchasing.6. How to use your right of withdrawal
If your purchase is covered by the right of withdrawal, you must inform us clearly before the deadline expires. You can write to info@skaven.dk with the order number and information that you wish to cancel the purchase. You are welcome to use the standard cancellation form, but it is not a requirement. Any return must be made without undue delay and no later than 14 days after you have notified us of your cancellation. As a general rule, the customer pays for return shipping, unless otherwise agreed.7. Complaint
The Danish Sale of Goods Act's rules on defects apply to the purchase of goods. As a consumer, you generally have a 2-year right to complain about physical goods. The complaint must be made within a reasonable time after you have discovered the defect. When making a complaint, you must contact us with your order number, a description of the defect, and preferably pictures if relevant. If the complaint is justified, we will find a suitable solution according to the rules, e.g., repair, replacement, price reduction, or refund.8. Responsibility for customer information
The customer must ensure that the name, email, phone number, pickup date, and other order details are correct. Errors in the customer's own information may result in order confirmations, pickup information, or other messages not being received.9. Right of complaint
Contact us first if you experience a problem with an order. Then we will try to find a solution. If we cannot find a solution, consumers can complain via the relevant public complaint bodies, including The Boards' House/Consumer Complaint Mediation Team, if the conditions for complaint are met.10.
